Shipping is available in all 50 United states and Canada.    Standard shipping in the US is FREE IN THE USA, regardless of the size of your order. is normally by USPS Priority mail. E-mail for a quote on Shipping to Canada. Expedited delivery is unavailable. Garden Gnomes are made to order and will be shipped in 3 weeks and may take up to 4 weeks to receive, so order early for special ocassion.  Fairy and gnome doors, windows, bridges and wishing wells are made to order and are not available for expedited (Express) shipping, and will be shipped in 3 weeks by USPS or UPS.  

At The Gnome Garden we are committed to your satisfaction with your purchase.  That is why we offer a 30 day review period to assure you are completely happy  with your selection.  If you are not delighted with your gnome or other landscape accessory you may return undamaged items within 30 days (at your own expense) to The Gnome Garden, Salon FX, 445  Walnut St., Ste 115, Richardson, Texas  75081, Attn: Philippa Dodson. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days,in undamaged condition, postage paid and insured.  Pack very carefully and INSURE it. (If we receive the returned item in damaged condition, you will need to file a damage claim with your own carrier.)  PLEASE BE SURE TO ORDER THE STYLE AND FEATURES YOU PREFER.  IF YOU WISH A FAIRY DOOR TO OPEN, PLEASE SELECT THE PROPER STYLE FROM THE DROP-DOWN MENU ON THE ORDERING PAGE.  ALL WOODEN ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER AND WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF YOU HAVE MADE AN ERROR IN ORDERING.

You have 48 HOURS from receipt of merchandise to make a damage claim.  DO NOT file a claim with the Post Office or UPS.  Damaged items will be replaced.  Please report items damaged in shipping with-in 48 hours to contactus@gnomegarden.net
